Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Korma Games is a mobile app made by AynuLabs ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Korma Games app and this website. Legal entity name: AynuLabs PLC. Registered address: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You can reach us at aynulabs@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not require an account.
3. Information stored on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the app saves the following locally on your device only:
- game progress and best scores;
- settings such as sound on or off and your chosen language (English or Amharic);
- an optional player name, if you choose to enter one. It is kept on your device only and is never sent anywhere.
This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it. Leaderboards and match lists shown in the app use built-in sample data; your scores are not uploaded or shared.
4. Internet access, advertising and analytics
The Android release of the app does not request internet access. It contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party software that collects data. Sound playback and on-device storage are handled by open-source libraries that run entirely on your device.
5. Sharing and selling of information
Because we do not collect any information, we do not sell, trade, rent or share any information with third parties.
6. This website
This website is a static promotional page. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads its fonts and images from this site only. Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and reliability. These logs are kept by the web hosting company that serves this website on our behalf, are not used to identify you, and are kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate a security incident.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use them only to reply to you. We keep emails only as long as needed to answer you, and delete them no later than 12 months after our last reply.
7. Children
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Since the app does not collect personal information, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can delete everything the app has stored by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. For anything you have sent us by email, you may ask us to access or delete it at aynulabs@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as Ethiopia's Personal Data Protection Proclamation No. 1321/2024, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we will honour them.
9. Other platforms
When the app is published on Google Play and the App Store, downloads are handled by those stores under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal information about you from them through the app.
10. Changes to this policy
If the app's or this website's data practices change, we will update this page and the dates above before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
